01 – Technical Expertise
11 storey steel structure paired with another sister structure in reinforced concrete and posttensioned slabs. I participated in this project extensively for two years as senior structural engineer from stage 4 to final construction. I designed the steel structure including the validation of the connections designed by Steel Contractor. With another colleague engineer, we produced all the Reinforcement intend for metal deck and concrete cores.
02 – Leadership and Management Skills
I was part of a team of three engineers and one Revit Technician. Most of the time I spent in the office with little exposure to client and contractor.
03 – Communication and Stakeholder Management
When the project finished, I was fully in charge of the fit-out works. This experience gave me exposure to client and contractor. I got along with Skanska and all the tenants in the building.

This project was a milestone in my career in the UK. Its significance, location, construction value, and the level of exposure I was put under. I remember this project very positively.
